Self Gloss: I am mostly a line drive hitter with great speed on the base paths. Unfortunately that speed goes to waste at times due to the fact that I will almost never slide cause I dont wear baseball pants...I started baseball early.. It was the family sport. I was the first overall draft pick in my first year of little league out of 150 kids when I was 8 years old.. I turned out to be a bust that year...But I did stick with it and had much success all the way through High school and some mens leagues later in life. In college, I played only football, where I first inherited my nickname "Meat"..After college I continued my sports career with a mens hardball league, a modified fast pitch softball league, and a couple of high arc leagues to boot...You could call me a "lifer" at that time....I used to be one of the better players in the Los Angeles circuit back in the day, but took much time off from the sport when I moved to Orange County. With continued play with the Madden Cruisers, I feel it is only a matter of time until I can claim this again!

Personal Notes: Regarding his first pick overall in little league, it turns out that he had two older brothers that were great ball players that came up through the same little league. So when they had the tryouts Meat was looked upon as "upper echilon pedigree".. Although he did show the "five tool" potential in those tryouts.. After Ihewas drafted first overall, the enormous pressure to perform was overwhelming...He flamed out.. Basically, like many other first overall picks, he had to find a new identity... Since that time he has gone in the loan business and runs a company called STRUCTURED FINANCIAL. There he'll doll out loans to any johnny come lately. Thought Soles Von Soles was swining from both sides of the plate when he first met him. Nearly brawled with him in Hawaii when he thought Soles left him at the hotel on purpose. Considers Steve Martin his softball idol.

Madden Cruiser Highlights:Batted .800 (12 for 15) in a April 14th tournament at the Yard. Nearly got in a brawl with teammates when someone called him MONICA as he grunted when he got a base hit. Was shot by a sniper in Hawaii when he was running down the line to 1B. Soles Von Soles was right there to rub it in.
