We partner with the leading carriers to provide our clients with broadest range of options in plans, pricing and benefits. Employers can offer “voluntary plans” that do not cost the company any money but they “sponsor” the plans to make them available to their employees. The employees can then pick and choose from a menu of plan options that best suits their needs. We find this is a great way to enhance the benefit package at no cost to the employer.

Employers can also pay for the dental and vision plans of their employers to give the benefit package the feel of a very large company. We are happy to run proposals for you to see which package is right for you.
